Race bibs have arrived! 😃

Most of you know that my husband and I are taking on the Edinburgh Marathon very soon- something that sounded impossible not that long ago!

The training has gone really well and I feel so ready for the challenge and feel confident that my training plan has worked wonders! A couple of Saturdays ago I ran the longest distance in my training block, 22 miles ...and still felt strong.

A huge thank you to everyone who has already sponsored us. We are doing it in support of a cause that means so much to us and we are incredibly grateful for all the encouragement and kindness people have already shown.

Hello Everyone!

We are blown away by the support so far for our fundraising for Alzheimers Research UK!

We originally set a target of £1000 and thanks to your kindness we have smashed that within ONE WEEK!!

Because this means so much to us ( for both fund raising AND to keep us motivated in why we are getting those miles in each week) we have increased our target to £1500. Every extra pound helps Alzheimers Research UK continue their vital work.

Thank you for helping us go further than we ever imagined.

Hello Everyone!


My husband Jonathan and I are taking on the challenge of running the Edinburgh Marathon this year on May 24th to raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK and in memory of Jonathans Mum.

I know many of you have been or are currently caring for loved ones that suffer from the brutal condition of Alzheimer's. The more money that can be raised towards funding research to end this disease - the better.


We have chosen a target of £1000 and know that with the support of family and friends and you - the lovely customers of TRBS - we can hit this target.

….if you know anyone called Toby or Tabitha - tell them to go to the Hawthorn Farm Pub up by the airport - as anyone called this is able to get a free carvery or main meal everyday in December!! It’s so random hahah - but one of Phil’s customers is called Toby and he told us about it today!!
