Yesterday I had the absolute privilege of helping this amazing 11-year-old donate 18 inches of her beautiful hair to the Little Princess Trust, while also raising money for Leeds Hospitals Charity. What an incredible thing to do at such a young age.

Her hair donation will help create a real-hair wig for a child or young person who has lost their hair, giving them confidence when they need it most. Alongside this, she’s also raising money for Leeds Hospitals Charity to help support patients and their families.

My lovely client came to me feeling like her hair just wasn’t working for her anymore. She wasn’t sure exactly what she wanted, but she knew one thing… she no longer wanted to see her greys.

So she put her trust in me and said do what you want/think so I wanted to create a colour that would work with her hair, not against it. 🤍

Many people think going lighter all over is the best way to disguise grey hair, but that’s not always the case. A solid blonde can sometimes make grey regrowth appear more noticeable by creating a stronger contrast as it grows out

Instead, we chose a bespoke combination of soft beige blonde, delicate lowlights and a seamless root melt to beautifully diffuse the greys while keeping her feeling bright, blonde and effortlessly dimensional.

The result? A softer, more natural blonde that’s easier to maintain and grows out beautifully. ✨

We kept the face frame bright, blended away the regrowth, covered those greys and added lowlights to create a more natural, expensive-looking blonde that will grow out beautifully.

Every client is different, their hair colour,length,thickness,density all this contributes to how a style is created, achieved and looks.
So although both hairstyles were created for the same special event, and based on an elegant messy pammy bun, each one was tailored to suit their individual features, style and hair type.

I love creating soft, elegant upstyles that look beautiful from every angle while staying secure throughout the day.
