Salon 65

Tomorrow 25th June will be our last day at salon 65, the end of an era after 19 years!
There’s been lots of laughs, a few tears and a lot of hard work! We’ve also had some of the loveliest staff working with us, and we couldn’t have done it without you❤️

Gill, Sally, and myself, will be working from Birch & Co on the High street, from Monday 27th June, along side Sean and his team, which we’re very much looking forward to.

We would like to thank all our lovely clients for your loyalty over the years, and we look forward to welcoming you at Birch & Co

Myself (gill) and Alison would like to send our condolences to the family of the poor man who passed away today outside the Salon. We are all deeply sadden that he didn't pull through. All the morrisons staff were amazing, especially the security man who worked so hard to try and save the poor man. It's something that we will never forget. RIP xx

Hi, hope you’re all keeping safe and well?
I’m sure you’re all waiting in anticipation for confirmation that salons will be given the go-ahead to re-open on the 12th April🤞we will be in contact after Monday the 29th, which is when we should know if the roadmap is on track!!

For all of our clients who have colours, you will now be required to have an allergy alert test, which must be done at least 48 hours before you’re due for your appointment! This is a precaution, and is to make sure that you haven’t become sensitised to colour due to Covid or the vaccine!
It only takes a few minutes, so when you are offered an appointment, you will be asked to pop into the salon a couple of days before, for a test.

We are so looking forward to welcoming you all back, and hopefully this time it’s for good 😌 🙏🤞 # # #

Alison, Gill, Sally and Klaire are so excited about this evening's news and finally a date to work towards with view to opening the salon doors again. We are so looking forward to seeing you all again but feel right now is probably not the time to start making appointments. Please, please don't worry we are going to leave it a few more weeks so nobody is disappointed if they change the date. We all thank you for your continued support through this very strange time and can't wait to see you all safe and sound. Take care everyone # # #

Please remember we could go into tier 4 at any point and that means we will have to sadly shut our doors yet again. We are back to work on Monday and will be ready to take your calls. APPRENTICE WANTED

We are looking for a 16 year old Apprentice for our busy salon in Yeadon, who is both self motivated and enthusiastic about a career in hairdressing. The right candidate will be trained in all aspects of hairdressing, and attend college 1 day each week. If anyone knows of anyone who may be interested? please ask them to call the salon on 0113 2509498 and ask to speak to Alison or Gill

Hey everyone, it’s Klaire 👋🏼
I am returning to the salon after a lovely maternity leave with my little girl Darla. I can’t wait to get back to it & see you all again! ✂️ I’m working Mondays & Fridays, can’t wait for a good catch up! X

Well after a long and patient wait we will be returning on the 4th July. Myself, Alison, Sally and Klaire would like to thank all of our lovely clients for bearing with us at this very strange time and it's very much appreciated.
