Had a lovely and really informative morning with The Knowledge Exchange (TKE) at Leeds Beckett
University.
Covering a fascinating range of topics, from the use of VR technology for physical and cognitive training and the gaps in medical research around women’s physical and mental health, to business and coaching strategies with the Leeds Knights.
A great opportunity to learn, connect with professionals, and gain a broader insight into the many different aspects of sport, health and performance.

I had the great opportunity to take part in the medical and functional testing of the Leeds United Girls Academy at Leeds Beckett University, alongside my course mates.
A valuable experience putting our Sports and Exercise Therapy knowledge into practice and learning more about the assessment and development of young athletes. ⚽️

Summer is over and it is time for some work and my final year of studies (maybe not final). 📖 💪
