Hi everyone. This is a polite notice to ask, please don’t get angry with us if we can’t fit you in until a later date that you want. We have a stylist off after an operation, and Terri and Ashley are working as hard as possible to fit everyone in. Staying later after closing hours every night and coming in early - most days not having time to eat or even a toilet break. We are doing our best but there is only so much we can do.
We really appreciate your cooperation and patience.

Also, if you aren’t going to be able to make an appointment please let us know so we can get someone else into that appointment space.

Hi everyone, just seen some information I want to share. Apparently (but without being told directly) Haigh road will be access only between 6-24th Feb! As you will need to access the road to get to the shop this shouldn’t be a problem but just wanted to share. It advises to come from Styebank lane.

Polite notice to all our customers regarding skin tests after covid vaccinations:

As we enter the winter period and we see more people uptake the latest covid booster jab, we want to ensure everyone is safely skin tested before performing a colour service.

All clients will be required to come into the salon at least 48 hours prior to service to have a repeat skin test.

Our last day at Marsh Street will be Saturday 10th September.

Our first day at the new premises will be *Tuesday 13th September* any appointments that have been made for after that will be carried out in the new Salon on Haigh Road.

It’s the end of an era and after 14 happy years on Marsh Street we really are so grateful to our loyal customers! Customers who have become friends, and who hopefully we can continue the crazy Urban Hair dream together as one big happy hair family (just a little further up the road!) 💕

PRICING INCREASE ANNOUNCEMENT
It has now come to a point where we have to increase some of our pricing due to the risen costs coming into the salon. We haven’t had a price increase since Summer 2019, trying to keep everything as it was even with the struggles of the pandemic closures.
