I’ve always been interested in health and wellness and trying to live a healthy live, using natural healthy ingredients in the food I eat and in the products I apply to my skin.

That doesn’t mean I want to compromise on results though which is why I’ve only let Tropic products touch my skin for the last 14 years.

Not bad for my little self-employed “hobby” business, eh? 😉😂

And the thing is, it didn’t happen overnight.
For the first 3½ years, I worked my Tropic business around a busy full-time career in financial services, fitting it into evenings, weekends and the little “nooks and crannies” of my day.

In those early years, I probably spent less than 5 hours a week on it.

I’m a big believer that consistency and focus trump simply putting in more hours.

If you know what you want, have a clear vision of where you’re heading, are willing to learn, are coachable and have the right support and mentors around you, you can build your Tropic business in a way that works for you.

And the sky really is the limit. ✨

What’s particularly exciting for me now is the momentum we have. We are still growing — and I’m loving helping the people in my team who want it to create that same kind of growth for themselves.

It certainly changed mine.

Today had that “back to school” feeling.

Back in the gym for some heavy deadlifts after a few days away at the coast, and the air has a little bit of an Autumnal feel to it..

Good to get back into a routine and that includes my skincare - the seasons might be on the change but I’ll still be slapping on my SPF50 on my face every morning before I’m out on the dog walk.

How lucky am I that I get to get out and walk with Tia, my German shepherd dog, every day?

Apparently it’s and it got me reflecting on another reason I’m so grateful that I have this freedom and autonomy over my day.

Always: gym, then breakfast, then dog walk and then down to business 🥰

After years working in a “normal” job, sitting at a desk all day, I’ll never get tired of this and so grateful I was able to build my TROPIC business to create the life I love!
