Was so great to be apart of this panel talking all things women in sport! 💪🏼 The conversations had were so powerful & inspiring, I was extremely proud to be sat alongside some truly amazing women holding their own in their industry/sport.

After taking nearly 6 months out of the industry to travel the world and learn about different cultures throughout South East Asia & South America, my time away is coming to an end. I will finally be back in the UK from the end of June!

I am so grateful to have had this opportunity. It really shows that the hard work, the over time, the late nights, the extra shifts, picking up extra clients where possible, and long days at the “office” have completely paid off for the experiences gained.

Although I have very much enjoyed this time, I’m really looking forward to getting back into my role in Sports Therapy and excited to see what the next chapter holds in my career. 🙌🏻 🌎 ✈️
