Following recent news this week that has come out about the gel bottle I have been looking into this and will be making some changes going forward.

We would like to inform our clients that we have recently become aware of changes made by The GelBottle Inc. to some of their products since Christmas time. These changes were implemented by the manufacturer without prior notification to salons, including our business.

Unfortunately, this has resulted in unexpected retention issues with certain gel services that we have always trusted and used with confidence. Maintaining the highest quality of service is extremely important to us, and we take product performance very seriously. As soon as we noticed inconsistencies, we immediately began investigating the cause to ensure our clients continue to receive the standard of work they expect from us.

Not all our clients will be affected by this, some may not notice any problems at all but a small few have and we are working to resolve this.

Please be assured that we are actively reviewing our product range and testing alternatives where necessary to maintain the durability and quality of our services. Your satisfaction and nail health remain our top priorities.
