Swedish body massage treatment works over the whole body, but can be tailored to focus on a specific area like, your back, neck or legs and takes place on a massage couch. Indian Head Massage treatment works specifically on the area surrounding the head , scalp, face, upper back and neck, shoulders and arms and this treatment takes place sitting down. Both treatment can be very relaxing and beneficial to your health. For your modesty the area only where the therapist is working on is exposed. Otherwise you are covered over the whole duration of the massage.
