Just a little reminder, Please remember this is my busiest time of year, I work hard to make sure everyone is booked in, so moving appointments, swapping and cancelling last minute has a massive effect on my income. I am always fair and understanding, but I also have to protect my business. Due to having a lot of last-minute cancellations and no shows any further appointments being booked clients will be required to pay a non refundable booking fee.
