Some transformations aren’t made in 6 weeks… they’re made over 18 months of showing up, reassessing and never giving up.

This client came to me with severely inflamed acne and if I’m honest, she was one of the most challenging skin journeys I’ve worked on. We tried different product approaches, looked at lifestyle factors and reviewed progress over and over again because we know acne isn’t simply a skin condition, it’s a symptom that something deeper is happening internally.

One of the biggest challenges was her oil production. It was some of the highest I’ve ever seen, so our focus became understanding why and finding ways to regulate it, rather than just treating the spots themselves.

Fast forward to today, her acne is under control, her confidence is back and we’ve now completed just two microneedling sessions to begin treating the scarring. The progress already is incredible.

This is your reminder that healing acne isn’t always linear. It takes patience, consistency, trust and sometimes a lot of trial and error. But it is possible.

This means I can now offer professional mole & skin lesion screening directly from the clinic using specialist dermoscopy imaging technology, with consultant dermatologist reports typically returned within 24–48 hours. With NHS waiting times anywhere from 3 months onwards, this time saving could be crucial.

Early detection is so important when it comes to skin health, and this service allows clients to have any concerning moles or lesions checked quickly, conveniently, and professionally.

🚫 A little holiday skincare reminder… less is often more.
I usually recommend pausing stronger actives such as retinoids/retinols whilst away in strong UV exposure as they can increase skin sensitivity, irritation and sun reactivity ☀️🔥
Be cautious too with strong exfoliating acids if you’re spending long days in the sun. Overdoing it can compromise your barrier and leave skin feeling angry, dehydrated or more prone to pigmentation.
