🌸 ⚠️ Unfortunately as of today I will now have a cancellation policy in place. I have been avoiding doing this for some time, however as you can all appreciate my time is very valuable and running a small business alongside my family is difficult ⚠️ 🌸

I know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment on time. I will therefore be as flexible as I can in accommodating this, however the following policies now apply;

Cancellation Policy:

- If you need to cancel your appointment please call, email or message me as soon as possible so that I have the opportunity to refill that time.
- Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee, equal to 50% of the booked services.
