Deposit Policy Update

To help protect appointment availability and reduce last-minute cancellations, we’ll be making a few changes to our booking deposit policy.

• Existing clients: Your current deposit will remain the same as a thank you for your continued loyalty and support.

• New clients: A higher deposit will now be required to secure all new bookings.

• Existing clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations: If you’ve consistently missed appointments or cancelled at short notice, your deposit will also be increased for future bookings. In addition, a deposit will be required for every appointment you book, rather than just your initial booking.

These changes allow us to protect our time, keep our diary running smoothly, and make appointments available for clients who genuinely need them.

We have a very lovely client River who is having her hair cut for the little princess trust 🥹 if you not aware what the charity is they provide free real hair wigs to children and young people who have lost their hair due to cancer treatment or conditions like alopecia.

Recently myself, and went on the Curl by Curl cutting course in Birmingham. We had an amazing day which we will share with you on another post. This has now been added to the price list as a specialist service.
