Recently I’ve had LOADS of clients in wanting early 2000s emo/ scene / s**gs/ wolf cuts and loads of texture and honestly I’ve been loving it. This is totally my thing, my vibe and brings out how I used to have my hair; especially when I was younger (it was never a phase 🫶🏻🖤🤘🏻). When I was younger and growing up there wasn’t ever a place for alt/goth/emo people to go and be able to be able to ask for what they wanted without the hairdresser going “eh?” “You want to look like that?” Or just not having a clue how to recreate what you wanted. There wasn’t a place where you could be authenticity yourself and ask for what you want without someone judging you. Having to live through that for such a long time I want people to know my chair is safe space. I really want to empower you to be authentically yourself. It’s never just hair, expression to feel completey yourself in your own skin is everything.
