Now, I understand that everyone wants to save up some money, especially since the cost of living is rising nonstop. But please, tell me, why on earth would you want to damage your lashes just because the other Lash stylists does it within an hour and for cheaper?!😳

Eyelash extensions are priced high for a reason. Good-quality extensions require a lot of skill, experience and high-quality products that aren’t cheap. It's not only that poor-quality extensions may give unsatisfying results but may also cause damage. 🫣

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not preaching about my work being 100% perfect, but seeing these badly applied lashes sometimes makes me think that a lash stylist career is just not for everyone.

So please, before you choose your lash stylist make some research and check the reviews. Don't fall for the low prices, just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's good. 🤷‍♀️

Do I chat with my clients during treatments? 🧐

Honestly, I’m trying not to. And this is not because I’m not a chatty person or I’m trying to be rude.

Firstly, I like to focus 100% on my work, lash extensions require a lot of attention.

Secondly, most of the clients don’t even notice during the chat that their eyes are open which can be dangerous as the fume of the adhesive could get in to them. For your own safety we have to be careful with that. 🥺

Of course, this doesn’t mean you aren’t allowed to say a word. 😅 It’s all about constant talking that could lead to moving and opening your eyes during the application.

Classic vs Light volume✨

A frequently asked question is, who will each type suit best? 🧐

If you have naturally thich lashes classic would look great on you. Why do you need thick lashes for that? It’s because each individual eyelash is going to be thicker in diameter than volume lashes. While of course, we can choose a smaller length and diameter, the main point is to rich a mascara effect without damaging your natural lashes. This is so important❗️

If you don’t have naturally thick lashes therefore very few or average quantities, volume lashes are the choice for you as this method requires a smaller diameter and you can get a much fuller look.

Whichever you choose, you can be sure that you’ll get a set that suits your needs.🤗

Sleeping beauty 💤

Did you know that a sleeping client is actually a compliment to any lash artist? 🤫

Very often clients are worried to fall asleep during the lash appointment. I have to say there was a time when I was worried about it too, way back then when I had no idea how does lash extension work.

So, you really shouldn’t be as it’s easier to work with clients that are relaxed and still.

Also, if you’ll fall asleep during the application it means you are comfortable and I’m doing everything right. 😴

I think we can all agree, everyone deserves a little beauty sleep. 😜

I’ve heard a lot of common fears that firts time ever clients often deal with. 😥

Such as.. Will it hurt? Will be comfortable? Will be to much? Will pull out natural lashes?

Girls, this treatment shouldn’t be painful.
That’s why it’s so important to make your research and find a lash artist you can trust. Of course, in the end of the day we’re all humans, everyone can make mistakes, but the whole process shouldn’t be painful.🥺

I’m striving to place my clients need first, let it be about comfort, friendly and calm atmosphere. 😌

You can never go wrong with a classic set if you love a natural effect while classic volume still can look pretty natural, but as we are using fans in this method the effect depends on how many natural lashes you have.✨

And no, it’s not going to pull your natural lashes out unless you’re rubbing or pulling them which is not allowed. ⛔️

So.. Do you do your own lashes then?

Probably this is the question that every lash artist gets every now and then. 😅

And the answer is no. 🤪 Unfortunately due to the nature of this treatment we aren’t really able to do the proper job on ourself and this could also be dangerous. Why? Your eyes have to be entirely closed during the application otherwise fume of the adhesive and the adhesive itself by accidentally getting into your eyes could be very damaging. 🥺

I’ve seen those videos too, where girls applying individual lashes for themself using the proper adhesive. No, thank you I would never try that, that’s just simply not safe on my opinion. 🤷‍♀️

Oh boy, I’m so glad that 2022 is over. 😆🥳

Again, I wasn’t much active here recently but let me tell you I had a good reason for it.
Spending three weeks at the hospital with Crohn’s disease flare up wasn’t fun at all. 🥺 I know that I don’t have to explain myself I’m not sharing this to make anyone feel sorry. Clearly just to show life can be rough and that I’m always going to be honest no matter what. 🤷‍♀️
