In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your treatment we require that you make us aware of it before you leave the salon. Please be aware that accidents can happen that is why we offer repair service. We offer discount for any replacements or repairs on the first two days following the treatment, thereafter repairs will be charged at the normal price. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
