**Salon Cancellation Policy – Please Read**

At **Taz Hair & Beauty**, we kindly ask all clients to respect our **48-hour cancellation policy**.

At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This allows us to guarantee that the time slot and date are reserved purely for you and your treatment.

If an appointment is **cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice** or you **do not attend your appointment (no-show)**, a **50% non-refundable fee** of the booking will be charged.

As a **small business**, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a big impact on us. When an appointment is missed, it leaves an empty gap in our schedule that could have been offered to another client who may have needed that time slot. It also directly affects our daily income and the running of the business.

If a late cancellation or no-show occurs, the **50% balance must be paid before any future bookings can be made**. Once the outstanding balance has been cleared, you will be more than welcome to **rebook your appointment with us**.
