𝓜𝓲𝓷𝓭 & BODYWORKS was never just about beauty treatments.

𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲. ✨

For over 20 years, I have worked within the beauty and wellness industry, helping people look and feel their best. Yet throughout my own journey, I came to realise that true wellbeing is about so much more than what we see on the surface.

Like many of us, I have experienced seasons of stress, overwhelm, and the constant demands of everyday life. During those moments, I discovered the incredible power of slowing down, reconnecting, and creating space to breathe.

The therapies that helped me most weren’t just physical. They were the experiences that allowed me to feel safe, supported, and deeply grounded again.

• 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟱𝗔𝗠 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 | My favorite time of day. It’s my space for 𝘮𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘢 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘰𝘶𝘵, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘱𝘰𝘥𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘵—all fueled by a 𝘥𝘰𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰 before the rest of the world wakes up. (Though you’ll usually find me tucked in bed by 9 PM!) 🧘🏼‍♀️☕️⚡️

• 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝘂𝗺 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 | My Sundays are officially reserved for the sidelines and 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘭𝘢𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘳𝘺. I completely get how busy life can feel, which is why I know how much that “hour of peace” truly means. ⚽️🧺

• 𝗔 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁 | I found sound healing during a time I really needed it… and it 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 for me. It’s why I’m so passionate about sharing it now.
