I get asked about them a lot, so I thought I'd share a simple tip you can try when one makes an appearance.
Run your wrists under cold water for for a little while. It's so simple but it can help when you feeling hot and bothered.
It's just one of the simple tips I've included in my MENO/pause flashcards (there are 60💜)
