✨ From box colour to professional colour ✨

A great first step in this colour transformation! 🤎

We used a gentle lift with some teased foils to create dimension and start breaking through that box colour, while keeping the hair looking natural and healthy.

We also refreshed the roots and covered those sparkly bits ✨😉

A beautiful, blended result and a perfect foundation for future appointments!

🧡 The journey back to copper! 🧡

After going darker, my client decided she wanted her bright copper locks back ✨

As much as we'd love a magic wand, this isn't a one-appointment job! To keep the hair in the best condition possible, we're taking the gradual route.

This appointment we started with backcombed foils to gently lift through the darker colour, followed by a toner packed with rich gold and copper tones to bring some warmth and vibrancy back. 🔥

We're already moving in the right direction, and with fingers crossed for another good lift at the next appointment, we should be well on our way to saying goodbye to the dark and hello to bright copper once again! 🧡

I'm Charlotte Wright 👋

I've been a hairdresser for 12 years and have been running my home salon for the last 10 years — and I still absolutely love what I do! ❤️

My favourite services? Give me a colour correction challenge or a blonde transformation and I'm in my element ✨💁‍♀️

I use Matrix colour, and if you've ever sat in my chair you'll probably spot my two favourite tools nearby — my trusty paddle for backcombed foils and a Framar brush. They're basically extensions of my hands at this point 😂

When I'm not in the salon, you'll find me with my daughter Marla, or chasing after Winston, our cute pup, who will no doubt make the occasional appearance during your appointment 🐶
I'm married to Darrell, a mortgage advisor, who also happens to be the number guy behind this business too 😂📊

Fun fact: my biggest pet hate is filming consultation videos. My voice? Absolutely not. Still not over hearing it back 🙈😂

One thing you'll always get when you visit me is a relaxed atmosphere, great hair chats, and a little bit of therapy thrown in for free 😂☕️

A gorgeous copper transformation finished with a fresh cut, and what a difference it has made. The rich, vibrant copper tones have added so much warmth and shine, while the new cut has brought the hair back to life with movement, shape, and a healthy finish.

Today we completed a full head of teased foils to create a beautifully blended blonde with a soft, seamless grow-out. Teased foils are perfect for achieving maximum brightness while keeping the colour looking natural and lived-in.

To finish, we applied a toner to neutralise any unwanted warmth and create this stunning clean, creamy blonde result. ✨

The combination of the teased foils and toner has left the hair looking bright, fresh, and beautifully blended from root to ends.
I absolutely love this transformation and how effortlessly beautiful the finished result is! 💫
