W swojej pracy łączy holistyczne podejście do zdrowia z dietoterapią, suplementacją i podejściem psychosomatycznym.

🧠 Is stress all in your head? Your gut might have something else to say.
Have you noticed that during more stressful periods you’re more likely to experience bloating, stomach pain or cramps, diarrhoea, constipation or a feeling of heaviness?
That connection isn’t just a coincidence. Your brain and digestive system are constantly communicating with each other, which means stress can affect how your gut works and how you experience digestive symptoms.
And that’s why, when digestive problems keep coming back, it’s not always enough to focus only on:
“What did I eat?”
Sometimes it’s just as important to ask:
“What’s been going on in my life lately?”
More pressure at work? Not enough rest? Feeling tense? Ongoing stress?
🌿 At TP Wellness, we try to look at the bigger picture. We consider not only the symptoms, but also lifestyle, stress and the individual way your body responds.
BICOM is one of the approaches we use as part of our individualised support for overall wellbeing.
💬 What about you? Have you noticed that your gut reacts more when your stress levels go up?

I Want To Stop Smoking… So Why Do I Keep Going Back?
🚭 “That’s it. This is my last pack.”
You meant it when you said it.
So why are you smoking again a few days later?
Maybe you've done it before.
You throw the ci******es away.
You tell yourself:
“This time I'm serious.”
Then comes the morning coffee.
A stressful day.
The drive home.
A drink with friends.
And suddenly you're holding another cigarette thinking...
“How did I end up back here?”
Here's something important:
Quitting smoking isn't simply about willpower.
Ni****ne is addictive, and smoking can become closely connected to everyday routines, situations and triggers.
That's why going back to ci******es doesn't mean you shouldn't try again.
It may mean you need to approach your next attempt differently.
🌿 Thinking about quitting this October?
At TP Wellness Leicester, we offer a holistic approach for people who want additional wellbeing support while making a quit-smoking attempt.
BICOM frequency therapy is at the heart of our approach, alongside looking at the habits, routines and triggers surrounding smoking.
The goal is simple:
Help you make a real start towards becoming smoke-free.
If you've tried before and found yourself going back...
maybe this attempt doesn't have to look exactly like the last one.
🚭 Don't wait until 1st October to start thinking about it.
📩 Message us “QUIT” today and ask about our stop-smoking wellbeing programme.
Let's talk about making this October the beginning of a change you've been thinking about for a long time.

😣 It’s back. AGAIN.
That tiny sore spot that somehow manages to make every meal annoying.
And the frustrating part?
You only just got rid of the last one.
One bite of breakfast and...
Ouch.
If mouth ulcers keep returning, it's natural to start wondering:
“Why does this keep happening?”
Most mouth ulcers are common and usually clear up on their own.
But when they keep coming back, there can be different factors worth considering.
Recurring mouth ulcers can sometimes be associated with:
🧠 Stress & anxiety
🥗 Certain foods
💊 Some medicines
🦷 Irritation inside the mouth
🧬 Hormonal changes
🥦 Certain vitamin or mineral deficiencies
And sometimes...
the reason isn't immediately obvious.
🌿 And this is where our approach at TP Wellness is different.
We don't want to look only at the mouth ulcer you can see.
We want to look at the bigger picture - your lifestyle, stress, diet, recurring patterns and overall wellbeing.
BICOM frequency therapy is at the heart of our holistic approach, with a focus on supporting overall wellbeing and the body's natural regulatory systems.
Because when something keeps coming back, sometimes the better question isn't:
“How do I get rid of this one?”
but...
“Why does this keep happening?”
If that sounds familiar, you don't have to keep wondering on your own.
📩 Message TP Wellness and let's have a conversation about our BICOM-based approach and whether it could be a suitable part of your wider wellbeing plan.

Why Do I Feel Different When The Days Get Shorter?
🌙 It’s only September… so why do you already feel different?
Less energy. Harder mornings. And suddenly the evening feels over before it’s even started.
Sound familiar?
You finish work.
Make a cup of tea.
Look outside...
and it’s already getting dark.
A few weeks ago, you still had hours of daylight ahead of you.
Now?
Maybe the sofa feels more tempting.
Getting outside takes a little more effort.
And by evening you're thinking:
“Why am I ready for bed already?”
If you've noticed a change as the days become shorter, you're not necessarily imagining it.
☀️ Light matters to your body clock.
Our internal circadian rhythm helps regulate when we feel awake and when we feel sleepy, and light is an important signal for that system. NHS guidance notes that natural light helps regulate the body clock.
That's one reason changes in daylight can sometimes coincide with changes in:
⚡ Energy
😴 Sleep
🧠 Mood & motivation
But there's an important distinction.
Feeling different in autumn doesn't automatically mean you have SAD.
Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that follows a seasonal pattern, most commonly during winter. Its exact cause isn't fully understood, although reduced daylight is thought to play a role.
So if you've simply noticed that September feels different, don't jump straight to a diagnosis.
Instead, start noticing your pattern.
Are mornings becoming harder?
Are you sleeping differently?
Has your energy changed?
Are you spending much less time outdoors?
Or have you noticed a persistent change in your mood?
🌿 What can you do?
Something remarkably simple is worth remembering:
Don't disappear indoors just because autumn has arrived.
The NHS recommends getting as much natural daylight as possible, going outside during the daytime, keeping active and maintaining regular sleep and wake times for people affected by seasonal symptoms.
Even a daytime walk can be a useful addition to your autumn routine.
🌿 And where does TP Wellness fit in?
At Leicester Wellness Studio, we take a whole-person approach to wellbeing.
Our main approach uses BICOM frequency therapy informed by bioresonance principles, with the aim of supporting the body's natural regulatory systems and overall wellbeing.
We don't claim that BICOM treats depression or Seasonal Affective Disorder, and it should not replace appropriate mental-health care.
But if the change of season has left you feeling:
“I just don't feel quite like myself lately…”
and you'd like to learn more about our wider approach to supporting wellbeing, we're happy to have that conversation.
📩 Prefer to talk privately?
Send us the word:

No need to discuss how you're feeling publicly.
👇 Quick one...
What's the FIRST thing you notice when the days get shorter?
A - My energy drops ⚡
B - I want to sleep more 😴
C - My mood changes 🧠
Just comment A, B or C.

😴 Sleeping 7–8 hours but still waking up tired?
You can sleep through the whole night and still wake up feeling as though your body hasn’t properly rested.
Why?
Because it’s not always just about how many hours you sleep. The quality of your sleep matters too.
Frequent waking, snoring, stress, alcohol, caffeine later in the day or an irregular sleep routine can all leave you feeling low on energy the next morning.
If that tiredness continues for a longer period, it may be worth looking at the bigger picture. Other factors can also play a part, including anaemia, thyroid problems, deficiencies, certain medications, ongoing stress or other factors affecting your overall wellbeing.
So rather than simply getting used to feeling tired all the time, it’s worth trying to better understand what may be contributing to it.
🌿 And this is where our approach at TP Wellness comes in.
When working with BICOM, we consider each person’s individual patterns, responses and wellbeing concerns, and tailor the BICOM programme to the individual and their situation.
We don’t use the same programme for everyone.
Because every person is different.
We use BICOM as a complementary approach to support wellbeing as part of our individualised way of working.
If you’re getting enough sleep but still waking up without energy every morning, don’t simply ignore what your body is telling you.
💬 Talk to us and find out what kind of support may be suitable for you.

Why Do I Keep Getting Heartburn?
🔥 It happens again.
Dinner was hours ago… so why is your chest burning NOW?
And why does it seem to keep coming back?
You're finally relaxing on the sofa.
Then that familiar uncomfortable feeling starts.
A burning sensation behind your breastbone.
Maybe a sour or unpleasant taste at the back of your mouth.
You sit up.
Take a sip of water.
And think:
“Seriously… not again.”
Once in a while, you might not give it much thought.
But when it keeps happening after meals…
when evenings seem to trigger it…
or when lying down makes it more noticeable…
it's understandable to start wondering:
“Why do I keep getting heartburn?”
Here's something important to remember:
Heartburn is a symptom - it doesn't tell you WHY it's happening.
Heartburn is commonly associated with acid reflux, where stomach acid travels upwards towards the oesophagus.
But the reasons someone experiences reflux can vary.
🍽️ For some people, certain foods or larger meals may be associated with symptoms.
☕ For others, coffee or other drinks may seem to play a part.
🌙 Eating close to bedtime or lying down soon after eating may make symptoms more noticeable for some people.
🚬 Smoking, alcohol, excess weight and certain medicines can also be factors.
But here's where it gets interesting…
Sometimes the pattern isn't obvious.
And that's why simply blaming the last thing you ate may not tell you very much.
Instead, start noticing the pattern.
WHEN does it happen?
After eating?
Later in the evening?
When you lie down?
After particular foods or drinks?
Does it happen occasionally… or is it becoming a regular part of your week?
Those small details can be useful - particularly if you need to discuss recurring symptoms with a healthcare professional.
🌿 At TP Wellness, we look beyond one isolated symptom.
At Leicester Wellness Studio, our approach starts with the person.
Your routines.
Your lifestyle.
The patterns you've noticed.
And your overall wellbeing.
Our main approach uses BICOM frequency therapy informed by bioresonance principles, with the aim of supporting the body's natural regulatory systems and overall wellbeing.
We don't claim that BICOM treats acid reflux or GORD, and it isn't a substitute for appropriate medical assessment.
But if you've been experiencing recurring wellbeing concerns and thinking…
“I'd just like someone to look at the bigger picture with me.”
…that's where a conversation can begin.
📩 Don't want to talk about your symptoms publicly? You don't have to.
Send us a private message with the word:
DIGESTION
and we'll explain more about our approach at TP Wellness and what you can expect from a session.
No obligation. No need to share your personal health concerns in the comments.
👇 But if you're happy to join the conversation…
When does heartburn tend to bother you most?
A - After eating 🍽️
B - In the evening / at night 🌙
C - I can't see any obvious pattern 🤷
Simply comment A, B or C.
Sometimes seeing how many other people experience something similar is a reminder that you're not the only person asking:
“Why does my body keep doing this?”
