This patient presented with a prominent dorsal hump, a downturned nasal tip and mild chin recession — creating an imbalance within her side profile.

Rather than simply adding filler to the nose, we assessed the relationship between the nose, lips and chin and created a bespoke plan to restore harmony.

Using strategic dermal filler for non-surgical dorsal refinement and chin augmentation, alongside a targeted nasal tip lift, we were able to create a more balanced and proportionate profile without changing her identity.
