I’ve dedicated my career to helping people understand and reshape how they feel about themselves through methods like Attachment Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Group Analytic work. This expertise has given me a deep insight into the powerful link between our inner thoughts and the way we present ourselves to the world. In addition to my psychological background, I am currently working toward my Aesthetics Practitioner Level 7—the highest qualification in the industry.
