✅ Staying hydrated is one of the main keys to maintaining healthy glowing skin. Aim to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day as it helps to keep your skin plump and supports the healing process. If you’re not a lover of water, try diluted fruit juice, sugar free drinks including tea, coffee, and
herbal teas.

✅ Maintenance treatments before your results have worn off are the most effective way to maintain your desired look and stay looking fresh. For anti-wrinkle treatments, a Zinc supplement can help this last longer. However, always consult your GP before adding any supplements to your diet.

✅ Follow aftercare advice. Post treatment care is there to minimise side effects, such as infection from touching the area, and to promote proper healing.
