Business mentor

I’m looking for 3 ambitious women who are ready to scale their business before the end of 2026. 🚀

I know you have been watching 👀 me for a while and I have an opportunity for you.

Not beginners.

Not women looking for another course they’ll never finish.

I’m looking for women who already have a business.

You’re already making money.

You already have clients.

People already know what you do.

But you’re not yet seeing consistent £10k+ months.

And if you’re honest, you know you’re capable of so much more.

Maybe you’re stuck at £2k, £3k or £5k months.

Maybe you’re fully booked but still feel like you’re constantly chasing the next sale.

Maybe you’ve built a business that works… but it’s relying too heavily on your time and energy.

The truth is, the next level rarely comes from working harder.

It comes from building a smarter business model.

One that gives you more leverage, more freedom and more opportunities to grow.

The reason I’m so passionate about this is because I’ve lived it.

I’ve pivoted multiple times.

I’ve gone from service-based business, to education, to memberships, digital products and now physical products.

And every single pivot has taught me the same lesson:

You do not have to stay in the same box forever.

The women who grow the fastest are the ones willing to evolve.

The exciting part?

We still have 6 months left of 2026.

A LOT can happen in 6 months.

In my world:

✨ Women have started from zero and generated £8,000 by Week 6.

✨ Women have started at £4k months and doubled their revenue within 10 weeks.

✨ Women have launched offers they never thought people would buy.

✨ Women have finally stopped trading all of their time for money.

The opportunity between now and December is huge.

So if you’re ambitious, coachable, willing to take action and ready to scale your current business…

I’m opening up 3 trial spaces inside The Scale Society.

DM me SCALE and let’s have a conversation.

Because December could look very different if you start now. ✨

Run 🏃 don’t walk on this one!! I’m ready 🚀 are you?

Today I was speaking to one of the biggest celebrities in the UK.

The kind of person most people would assume is too busy to reply.

Yet she did.

She took the time.
She responded.
She connected.

And it reminded me of something.

The most successful people I’ve spoken to are often the most grounded.

They understand that no matter what level you reach, we’re all human at the end of the day.

Success, status and recognition are wonderful achievements, but kindness, humility and treating people well will always matter more.

One thing I’ve learned is that the people who are truly secure in themselves don’t need to prove anything.

They make time.
They connect.
They remain humble.

And in a world where everyone is trying to be seen, I think that’s a quality worth holding on to.

A little ORISI update 💗 ORISI ORISI

Firstly, thank you to everyone who’s signed up to receive a sample and patiently waited while I bring ORISI to life. I see your messages and I genuinely can’t wait for you to try it.

The tester boxes are almost ready. The cards have arrived, the packaging has had a few final tweaks (okay… more than a few 😂), and everything is finally starting to come together.

The only thing holding me back right now is the heatwave.

ORISI is made with natural butters and botanical oils and is perfectly stable when stored correctly, but with temperatures reaching record highs, I’m mindful of what products experience during transit.

The last thing I want is for your first ORISI experience to be anything less than perfect.

What makes me smile is that this journey is actually a reflection of something I’ve always believed and taught.

We’re allowed to evolve.

We’re allowed to pivot.

We’re allowed to take the skills we’ve built over years and use them to create something new.

I’ve spent years helping women build businesses, brands and confidence in themselves. One thing I always tell them is this:

Just because you’re good at something doesn’t mean you have to stay there forever.

Sometimes the next chapter finds you.

For me, that chapter started with a simple question:

Why do my children’s curls lose moisture so quickly?

That question turned into research.

The research turned into testing.

The testing turned into ORISI.

And now I’m packing the very first tester boxes.

Life is funny like that.

Thank you for being part of the journey so far. Whether you’ve followed me for education, business, science, motherhood or now ORISI, I’m grateful you’re here. 💧🌴✨

The samples are coming very soon, and I promise they’ll be worth the wait. 💛

Here’s something I’ve noticed after working with hundreds of educators…

The moment they stop trying to be liked by everyone is usually the moment their business starts growing.

I was reminded of this recently watching Gordon Ramsay.

Not the shouting.

But the fact that he has absolutely no interest in trying to please everyone.

And that’s exactly why people remember him.

Because the brands that stand out aren’t the ones trying to appeal to everybody.

They’re the ones willing to stand for something.

A recent client came to me charging around £30 per hour.

Brilliant educator.

Students loved her.

Parents trusted her.

But her income was capped.

Because there are only so many hours in a week.

Like so many educators, she thought the answer was more students.

More hours.

More work.

It wasn’t.

The real shift happened when she stopped trying to speak to everyone and got crystal clear on who she was for.

We repositioned her offer.

Refined her messaging.

Built a programme around transformation rather than time.

Today?

She teaches 10 students at £250 per month.

That’s £2,500 per month from one programme and she’s looking to introduce another programme which will take her monthly income to 5k+ per month

Not because she became a better teacher.

She is not convincing on 100s of sales calls

She was already exceptional.

She simply stopped marketing herself like everyone else.

And that’s the lesson.

The educators building the strongest businesses aren’t trying to collect followers.

They’re building conviction.

They’re willing to say:

👉 This is who I help.

👉 This is who I don’t help.

👉 This is what I believe.

👉 This is what I stand for.

Will some people disagree?

Absolutely.

Good.

Because you’re not building a business to be liked by everyone.

You’re building a business to become the obvious choice for the right people.

The moment you stop trying to be for everyone…

Is usually the moment everything starts working.

🔥 If you’re still charging for your time and know your expertise is worth more, DM SCALE.

Let’s build a business model that reflects the level you’re already operating

Most educators don’t need more followers.

They need better positioning.

Because the parents buying £200/month memberships aren’t scrolling Instagram looking for the biggest account.

They’re looking for the educator who understands their child better than anyone else.

That’s why I don’t teach endless sales calls.

I don’t teach convincing.

I don’t teach chasing leads.

I teach educators how to position themselves so clearly that parents arrive already sold.

They land on your content.

They see themselves.

They see their child.

They see the transformation.

And they enquire.

The educators building consistent £5k, £10k and beyond aren’t always the loudest.

They’re the clearest.

Because when your positioning is strong, your content becomes your sales team.

Not your DMs.

Not discovery calls.

Not hours spent convincing people who were never your people in the first place.

The goal isn’t more followers.

The goal is becoming the obvious choice.

Comment PREMIUM and I’ll send you the framework I use to help educators build premium programmes that parents want to buy every month. 📚✨

How did everyone cope with the heat? 🥵

After a long week of 30+ degree temperatures, by Friday night I was absolutely wiped out. Between work, the kids, and making sure everyone else was okay, I realised I’d completely neglected myself. I nearly fainted and had to get some lassi down me!

Saturday morning was a little cooler, but my house looked like an absolute building site. My husband kept telling me to stop, but once the OCD kicked in, there was no stopping me. 😂

Cupboards emptied, things everywhere, and somehow every “quick job” turned into three more. Safe to say I was even more exhausted by the end of it! 🧽🤦🏽‍♀️

This photo was taken Saturday evening. Looking at it, you’d never think I was absolutely knackered by this point, but trust me, I was running on fumes! 😂

Please tell me I’m not the only one who deals with stress by creating even more chaos first before things get better!

Looks like another heatwave could be on the way next week too. ☀️ I’m starting to look at portable air conditioning units as a short-term solution, although the long-term plan is to get AC fitted in a few rooms eventually.

Any recommendations for good portable AC units that actually work?

My post went viral overnight.

And honestly?

I learned a lot.

Firstly, schools never want to close their doors to students.

Teachers don’t want schools closed.

Leaders don’t want schools closed.

For many children, school is their safe place, and everyone I know working in education understands that.

What overwhelmed me most was reading story after story from teachers, teaching assistants, site staff and school leaders who were doing everything they could to keep children safe and comfortable.

Buying ice lollies.

Making sure students had access to water.

Finding cooler learning spaces.

Checking on vulnerable students.

Not because anyone told them to.

Because they care.

I also gained a huge appreciation for the difficult decisions schools had to make.

Schools that closed were criticised.

Schools that stayed open were criticised.

There was no decision that would make everyone happy.

And I completely understand the concerns from parents too.

When schools close unexpectedly, some parents lose money, need to take time off work, rearrange childcare, or juggle responsibilities at very short notice.

Those concerns are real and valid.

It’s okay to have different opinions.

It’s okay to debate the decisions schools make.

But some of the comments made me realise there are still a lot of misconceptions about teachers and schools.

“Snowflakes.”

“Teachers are never happy.”

“Children need to build resilience.”

“I work in a loft, get a grip.”

“Just take them outside.”

thing is, this was never about comparing professions.

It’s not a competition about who has it harder.

It’s about recognising that many school buildings (and buildings in general in the uk) were never designed for the temperatures we’re now experiencing.

And if we’re honest, this isn’t a problem that’s going away.

The science is pretty clear.

Heatwaves are becoming more frequent.

How do we make our schools fit for the future?

It was always about creating safe learning environments for children in a world that’s getting hotter.

Everyone wants to talk about marketing.

Hooks.

Content.

Visibility.

And don’t get me wrong… those things matter.

But after 20 years in education, I’ve noticed something.

Some educators have incredible marketing and still struggle to grow.

Why?

Because marketing gets people through the door.

It doesn’t make them stay.

It doesn’t make parents renew.

It doesn’t make students get results.

And it definitely doesn’t make people tell their friends about you.

That’s where curriculum design comes in.

Because if you’re building a monthly programme, membership or educational experience, your success isn’t determined by what happens before someone buys.

It’s determined by what happens after.

Can your students clearly see progress?

Are they achieving the transformation you promised?

Would they recommend you to a friend?

Would a parent happily pay again next month?

The educators consistently building recurring revenue aren’t just good marketers.

They’re exceptional at creating transformational learning experiences.

That’s the sweet spot.

Great marketing gets attention.

Great curriculum creates momentum.

And when you combine both?

That’s when programmes grow.

That’s when referrals happen.

That’s when £5k+ months become repeatable rather than occasional.

Because the goal was never just to get people in.

The goal was to build something so good they never want to leave.

Comment CURRICULUM if you want the framework I use to build educational experiences that students rave about and parents happily invest in month after month.

If your online programme isn’t growing, it’s not because you’re content is not good or you need to post more

In fact, it’s usually the opposite.

Most of the educators who come to me are exceptional.

Their students get results.

Parents love them.

They’ve spent years mastering their craft.

The problem?

They’re still marketing themselves as teachers when they’re trying to build a scalable education business.

And they’re two very different things.

Because when you move from 1:1 hourly to a premium programme £200+ month the conversation changes.

You’re no longer selling science.

Or maths.

Or English.

You’re selling confidence.

Results.

Peace of mind.

A transformation.

You’re speaking to the parent now, not just the student.

And that requires a completely different strategy.

A different message.

A different offer.

A different position in the market.

This is why so many brilliant educators stay stuck.

They keep adding more content.

More resources.

More worksheets.

More bonuses.

Thinking that will make parents buy.

It won’t.

Parents aren’t buying Module 6.

They’re buying the outcome.

And here’s where I differ from a lot of business coaches.

I don’t teach endless sales calls.

I hate sales calls.

I don’t want my clients spending their evenings convincing people to buy.

Because if your positioning is right…

If your messaging is right…

If your offer is right…

The right parent lands on your page and immediately understands:

“This is exactly what my child needs.”

No chasing.

No convincing.

No awkward discovery calls.

Just clarity.

Inside MANIFEST™, we build the foundations that make that possible:

Your vision.

Your offer.

Your USP.

Your personal brand.

Your messaging.

Your visibility.

Your systems.

Because my mission isn’t to create more educators.

The internet has plenty of those.

My mission is to help brilliant women finally get paid for the expertise they’re already sitting on.

You’re already exceptional at what you do.

Now it’s time to build a business that reflects it.

Because £5k+ months don’t come from creating more content.

They come from positioning yo

I’m seeing so many posts right now about friends and family not supporting your business.

And whilst I understand it…

Can I offer another perspective?

What if it isn’t actually about you?

People have their own lives.

Their own worries.

Their own priorities.

And sometimes the people closest to us have known us for so long that they struggle to see us differently.

They remember the old version of you.

Not the one building a business.

Not the one creating a movement.

Not the one growing into something bigger.

And that’s okay.

You don’t need everyone to understand your vision.

You don’t need everyone to clap.

You don’t need everyone to support your next move.

What you do need is to stop making it mean something about you.

Because while you’re focusing on the people who aren’t engaging…

You’re missing the people who are.

The ones liking your posts.

The ones reading every email.

The ones sharing your content.

The ones recommending you behind the scenes.

The ones who genuinely believe in what you do.

Show up for them.

Pour your energy into them.

Build for them.

Because your future isn’t sitting in the people who don’t get it.

It’s sitting in the people who do.

And honestly?

The moment I stopped worrying about who wasn’t supporting me…

And started appreciating the people who were…

Everything changed. ❤️
