It is with great sadness that we share the news that one of our much-loved clients, Jill, has sadly passed away.

I first met Jill when I was just 17 years old, training to be a hairdresser. Our paths crossed again when I became self-employed, and for the past 13 years she has been one of my most loyal, honest and valued clients.

Jill was so much more than a client. At Haylo, we’ve always believed our salon is like a family, and losing a client feels like losing one of our own.

Jill, thank you for your loyalty, your kindness, and the many conversations and laughs we’ve shared over the years. You will be deeply missed by all of us.

Good afternoon.
Myself (Hayley) is having some well needed time off from salon, my return date to work is Friday 7th August.
Response time on messages may be a bit slower than usual but please be patient with my team and they will reply as soon as they can.

Today’s colour change..

Result: The finished colour has:
* Natural-looking dimension.
* Brightness around the mid-lengths and ends.
* Warm caramel/honey colours.
* A softer, more textured appearance enhanced by the shoulder-length cut and loose waves.
