2 years sober this next week and I couldn’t be happier, fitter, stronger, more energised, a better father and husband. Everything seems so much brighter and it’s all down to putting the drink behind me ❤️

I’ll always be an advocate for AA 💪 so all those asking in the comments for help, my one piece of advice would be to get to your closest meeting and stick to it. It’ll change your life 💪
