Anna is doing well she is half way through the C9I will be putting her on the scales later this morning to find out how much she has lost.

We Have just got our first order and Anna is about to start the C9
So I have to look after her for the next few days so that she gets the right food.Let the fun begin.

Yesterday Both me and Anna went to Birmingham NEC and had a great day seeing lots of people being recognised for their efforts.
We were introduced to this great system and what the products can do to help us both.
I would recommend this to anyone that is looking to learn more about what ALOE can do to help them.
