When a car crashed into our shop, it left behind more than just physical damage. We lost our space, our stock, and had to make the incredibly difficult decision to temporarily close our doors. It’s been one of the hardest chapters of our journey.
Today, seeing our story shared in the newsletter means more than words can express. A heartfelt thank you to the team, and especially to the representative who took the time to call us personally, check in on us, and tell our story with such care and compassion. Your kindness and support have meant so much during an incredibly challenging time.

While our original shop is closed, we’re not giving up. We have temporarily relocated and are continuing to serve from our new location.

Late on the evening of May 8th, a car crashed into our shop, causing severe damage to the building and leaving us absolutely devastated. It’s hard to put into words the shock of seeing a place we’ve worked so hard for damaged so suddenly.

Right now, we are taking things one step at a time and are incredibly grateful that, above all else, everyone is safe and no one was seriously hurt. ❤️

We also want to say a heartfelt thank you to the police and emergency services for responding so quickly and supporting us through such a frightening situation. Their kindness and professionalism meant so much in those moments.

Unfortunately, due to the extent of the damage, the shop will remain temporarily closed while we assess what happens next and begin navigating repairs and recovery.

If you have an upcoming appointment booked with us, please bear with us while we work through contacting everyone individually. We are doing everything we can during a very overwhelming time.
