After eight years in aesthetics and multiple awards, these are some of the things people are still surprised to hear.
Your face isn’t perfectly symmetrical. Your phone camera isn’t always showing you what other people see. The area bothering you isn’t necessarily the area that needs treating—and more filler doesn’t automatically mean more lift.

Busy morning at CCR before heading back to clinic this afternoon.
I went up to explore what could have a place in the next chapter of TAG Wellness — from longevity and gene testing to epigenetics, mitochondrial health, NAD+, IV therapy and wider wellness testing.
Lots of interesting conversations, plenty of ideas, and definitely some things we’ll be looking into further as the new space develops.
Exciting times ahead for TAG Wellness.

What makes me different?
I’ll only recommend a treatment if I genuinely think it’s going to benefit you.
Sometimes the treatment someone is nervous about is actually the one that will give them the result they’re looking for.
Filler is a good example. Bad filler and overfilled faces have made people understandably wary of it, but for the right concern it can still be the best option.
What I won’t do is recommend something else just because it sounds more comfortable if I don’t think it’s going to give you the result you actually want.
My job is to give you my genuine opinion on what I think will work.
And sometimes that means telling you not to have anything at all.
I’m looking for 3 people who feel like their face has started to drop and would be happy to be filmed throughout their treatment.

Some treatments are brilliant for the right concern.
Others are marketed like they’re going to transform your face when, in reality, the difference can be pretty small.
These are my professional opinions based on the results I see and what I think patients are genuinely getting for their money.

1.1ml using my Signature Lip Technique 👄
The aim here was shape, structure and a soft, balanced result — enhancing the lips without making them look overfilled.
One thing worth knowing with freshly injected lips: the top lip can sometimes look slightly fuller than the bottom immediately afterwards. That’s usually just swelling, particularly when more injection points have been needed in the upper lip. As the swelling settles, the final result becomes much more representative of the true balance.
Fresh results are never the finished result — give them time to settle.

You don’t need aesthetic treatments.
My job isn’t to convince you there’s something wrong with you.
It’s to listen, be honest about what can realistically be done, and tell you when I genuinely think the best option is to leave something alone.
Aesthetics should be about small changes, not changing who you are.

0.7ml lip filler, straight after treatment.
A soft enhancement focused on shape, hydration and definition while keeping the lips in proportion with the face.
These photos were taken immediately after treatment, so some swelling and redness is expected. The final result will look softer once fully settled.
