Salon cancellation policy
It has come to our attention some clients are currently unaware of our Salon Cancellation Policy. We understand appointments are of high importance. We realize that unforeseen circumstances might require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we request at least 24 hours’ notice, if possible.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge for this appointment.
