Had a few no shows this week so far and those appointments could have been taken.

Totally understand people want to enjoy it but so far iv had 5 no shows for my 2-8 shift and it’s only 5.30! Please can people let me know if you’re not going to make it, I have messages from families that I could have filled those spaces. This is my income after all, as much as I love my job, like everyone else I need to earn a wage.

Excellent news, after so many calls to Tesco about the sim stopping working they’ve finally sent me a new one 🥳 phone will be back on tomorrow for appointments 💈

Firstly Happy New Year to you all 🥰

I’m hoping through the power of FB this can get to as many of our customers as possible.

We still unfortunately have a phone issue, the SIM card just stopped working and it’s devastating for us as we have had the same number for 5 years!! Not all our clients are on social media so please can everyone spread the word. Until I can get this resolved or if the worst scenario to have to change our number happens we can only take appointments through messanger 😩 it truly is going to be damaging to the shop so I need a huge favour for everyone to share this post.

I will be replying to all messages today for us re opening. Was meant to be tomorrow (Monday) but with the current snow conditions we are going to aim for Tuesday.
