These also have the amazing flat base like the YY’s and the W’s which is amazing for retention (making them last longer) as there is more surface area for the natural lash to stick to but they also give a dark, dramatic, lash line!

Switching to a Cysteamine system has been a game changer for my lash lifts!!

Unlike traditional TGA systems, Cysteamine works more slowly, giving me better control during the treatment and reducing the risk of over processing. It’s also much gentler on the lashes, which means I can safely apply from root to tip and not just the mid-lengths like you would with a TGA system. Resulting in a more lifted, seamless curl from base to ends, with healthier looking lashes overall.

I will still recommend a nourishing lash serum, no matter what kind of lash lift system has been used. A lash serum will help your lashes stay hydrated, resulting in your lift staying for longer!

I’ve unfortunately experienced a high number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows recently, so I need to kindly but clearly reinforce my appointment policy.

When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved just for you. As a self-employed therapist, missed appointments have a significant impact on my business.

Please note the following policy:

• Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged at full price
• No-shows will also be charged in full
• Payment will be required via bank transfer

I am currently fully booked up until Christmas and have clients on a cancellation list waiting for appointments. When someone doesn’t attend or cancels last minute, it means that another client who would have happily taken that slot misses out.

I also don’t work from home, and every appointment requires me to arrange childcare. When an appointment is cancelled last-minute or someone doesn’t attend, it isn’t just my time that’s affected, it also means childcare has been arranged unnecessarily.

I completely understand that life happens, and I will always try to be accommodating where possible, but respect for my time, my business, and other clients is essential.
