UPDATE: Returning to work 🥳

After a wholesome 6 months at home with Corlie, the time has come to get back to work… kind of 😅

However, things will be a bit different to how they were before.

I will no longer be self employed and working as Louise Arthur Massage Therapy. I am going back as a Shetland Chiropractic employee 😍 They will now deal with all your bookings and enquiries 🙌

In the short term, I will only be working on an ‘as and when’ basis, when Colin is home. I’m aware it’s not an ideal situation, but we feel it’s the best option for us as a family 💙 Once Corlie goes to nursery next year (🥹), I will be able to return to working steady hours.

I am going to offer some dates between now and the end of the year, where people can book in with me to redeem their Louise Arthur Massage Therapy Gift Vouchers, so please send me a message ASAP, if you have one you want to use, and I will do my best to get you booked in 😊

Hello everybody!

Thought it was about time I gave everybody an update 😅

Peerie Corlie is now 5 and a half months old, and is an absolute delight 🥰 he brings wis all so much joy 💙

As much as I could happily stay at home we him forever, I am also looking forward to getting back to work and seeing you all again 😊

At the moment I am planning to return to work on Tuesday 3rd May, although only half days to begin with 🙈 (until we see how he manages without his Mammy ... or how she manages without him 😉)

My working hours will be as follows:

Tuesday’s 9-12
Thursday’s 12-3

I will open up my bookings nearer the time, but thought I better let you know my plans 🤗

Hello! So sorry it’s taken me so long. I’ve been so busy in my baby bubble, I completely forgot to update my business page 🙈

💙 Corlie Tom Arthur arrived on Monday 13th September at 10:17am weighing 8lb 12oz 💙

We are all absolutely besotted by him and are enjoying every minute of watching him grow 😊 he’s 6 weeks old now and such a happy Peerie guy 🥰

I’ve still not decided when I will return to work, but I will keep you all updated as and when the time arrives...if I can ever bring myself to leave him 😂

I’m officially counting down the weeks now 😅

6 working weeks left before starting Maternity leave on 1st July. I’m experiencing very mixed emotions. So excited to spend the summer with my boys before baby arrives, but nervous to take time out from my peerie business, all my lovely clients and my fabulous work colleagues 🥺 However, I will be back! 😊

The other good news is, there are plenty of other fab massage therapists who I’m sure will be more than happy to see you while I’m off:

Right, better get back to work 🤪 got a busy afternoon ahead, and indeed a busy few weeks/months/ years ahead 😅😂

Happy New Year to you all 🥳 Hope you’ve managed to enjoy the festive, despite the current restrictions.

As we are remaining in tier 3 for the moment, as planned, I will be returning to work on Wednesday 6th January.

Please be reassured the cleaning and PPE standards within the clinic will continue at a very high standard. The health and well-being of our staff and patients are of utmost importance.

I understand however, that this is a very uncertain time. If you would feel more comfortable rearranging your scheduled appointments, please get in touch ASAP. This allows me to fill cancellation appointments or rearrange my working day, as I will now also be juggling childcare, due to the schools not opening as planned 🤪 A polite reminder that appointments cancelled on the day will incur a £25 cancellation fee and ‘no shows’ will be charged full treatment amount.

I will continue to send out covid screening forms, to help keep everyone as safe as possible. These must be completed before treatment can take place.

I’ve had a lovely rest and I’m feeling ready for the year ahead. 2021, let’s do it 🙌

Crawling over the finish line, mentally and physically exhausted 😂 but feeling so bloomin grateful 😊 What a year!

Work has been quite different since returning in August after lockdown. It has taken a bit of getting used to, but you guys, my awesome clients and my fabulous colleagues, have been amazing 🤩

You have supported me through it all and I can’t thank you enough! You’ve kept my Peerie business going strong.

I am due back to work on Wednesday 6th January 2021, as Massage Therapy is still allowed under tier 3 restrictions. Like everybody else, we are taking it day by day, and if anything changes, I will keep you updated.

For now though, I can most likely be found on the couch, under a blanket, probably snoring 😴😂
