This week has been an absolute whirlwind, so many emotions, the first few days in my own salon have been more than I could have ever dreamed 🩷 The sun has shone for me this week and it’s felt amazing, working from my truly sacred space, where I can do what I love while providing a safe, relaxing and creative environment where everyone is welcome! I’m so grateful to everyone who helped make this dream come true, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Especially my amazing Dad who was there nearly every single day, I could not have done it without him! 🫶🏼 I’m also so grateful to have an invaluable team with me already & who provide so much fun and good vibes every day 🥰🙌🏼

I will still be checking messages for a while on Hair with Jules but will be using my new salon account to post pictures and updates so if you haven’t already done so give a follow, also on FB as Rune and Rose - Hair & Beauty.

Wavy/curly transformation 👀

I had a feeling this was going to be a good one! Nikki hadn’t had her hair cut in over a year and was really needing some shape back and fullness, after a good chop of the length and some framing layers her hair was transformed into beautiful, shiny, bouncy curls 😍

Sorry I’ve been so quiet on here, things have been busy😉 Here’s a cute wavy bob I did recently for the lovely Zoe. Bobs are my favourite cut to do so I’m loving everyone going for the chop just now!

Something exciting is coming…

I’m absolutely delighted to finally share that I’ve officially secured the keys to my very own salon space for Rune & Rose.

I’m so excited for this next part of my journey, I’ve worked in so many incredible salons over the last 20 years and now it’s time for me to create my own. I’m also so lucky to have an amazing team alongside me, with Hanna and Julie joining me on this journey ❤️

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing sneak peeks as we begin transforming the space and bringing our vision to life. Follow the new salon page on instagram and for FB it’s Rune and Rose - Hair & Beauty for all updates on Rune and Rose!

For now, Julie, Hanna and I are all working from until the renovations are complete. Molly has pulled out all stops helping us settle in and make sure we have everything we need and we are so so grateful!! 🫶🏼💕

✨ Important Announcement ✨

I’ve had to make the heartbreaking decision to close Meraki 💔

I’ve poured my heart and soul into the salon for the past 5 years so this isn’t a decision I’ve taken lightly.

For now we will still be working from the salon and I will post an update as will the girls to let everyone know where we will be based going forward and any clients appointments that will be affected will be contacted directly to let you know a new location.

I want to thank all of the amazing clients who helped make my dreams come true with Meraki…this isn’t the end it’s just time for a new chapter.
