A true friend is someone who comes in on their day off to tape your calf so you don’t miss football… right? 😂⚽

It’s my darling girl’s birthday next week! Winnie is going to be one 🥹😭

I will be on annual leave that day as Winnie is having a birthday party…yes you read that right, my dog is having a birthday party 😆 why the heck not!?🙌🏽
All of my clients will know how much I am utterly obsessed with my animals. I have 2 cats ( Beau & Bertie) and a dog 🤣 because I’m a crazy cat/dog lady and I wear that badge with pride 😆

They all came into my life exactly when a lesson needed to be taught ✨ My boys-I rescued, were terrified little babies that needed lots of nurturing. They taught me home is where you make it, showed me unconditional love and sat with me while my health was in the absolute gutter.

Winnie has taught me to SLOW down! I have always absolutely knocked my pan out with work. Long hours, stressful jobs, multiple jobs, squeezing extra folk in. But she came into my life and taught me the importance of truly living in the moment. Taking in all the views, breathing in the fresh air, listening to all the sounds and the sniffs on our walks. Not rushing through life. Being mindful and being present! She has also taught me a higher level of patience…my god the patience 😆

Animals are truly a gift from above 🪽 your god, angels, Buddha who ever you believe in. The world is a better place with them in it 🫶🏼

🌿 Simple mindfulness and breathing techniques

…I create a peaceful sensory experience that encourages children to relax and helps support a sense of calm and regulation.

Many children leave the session looking noticeably more settled and relaxed and parents often tell me their little one seemed calmer afterwards. Every child is different, but the aim is always the same- to give them time to slow down, recharge and enjoy a little moment that’s all about them.

✨ Pick a Positive Pickle! 🥒💚

One of my favourite little additions to my ASMR Kids sessions! Before or after their appointment, each child can choose a Positive Pickle to take home with them.

Inside every pickle is a little positive message, affirmation, or confidence boost to brighten their day. It might seem like a small thing but sometimes a few kind words are all it takes to make a child smile, feel proud of themselves or remember just how amazing they are.

Creating a calm, safe and nurturing space is about so much more than the treatment itself. It’s the little touches that help children leave feeling relaxed, valued and just that little bit more confident than when they arrived. 💚
