I’ll be renting the treatment room on a flexible basis, so appointments will continue by booking — same treatments, same care, just in a new spot surrounded by sea air and sunshine 🏝

Completed training in Deep Tissue Massage this week 🤩
If anyone likes a much slower and heavier type of massage this is the one for you!
This is still a relaxing treatment and depth of pressure is tailored to yourself 💛
It involves some trigger point work and light stretches which help free the body from chronic tensions 🥰
This may leave you feeling a bit 'zonked' afterwards, but with a great feel good feeling the next day. Remember to stay hydrated afterwards to help flush out those toxins.
