This is probably one of the most honest things I could post.

There have been moments this year when I haven't felt strong at all.

I've felt overwhelmed. I've cried. I've questioned things. I've had days when I've wanted to shut the door on the world and days when I've wondered how I was going to find the energy to keep doing everything I was doing.

And the strange thing is, from the outside, I probably looked absolutely fine.

But I've learned that strength isn't always about holding everything together.
Sometimes it's knowing when to let go.

When to say no, when to choose yourself and when to begin again.

I'm still a work in progress.
But I'm proud of the woman I'm becoming. ❤️

Nature doesn’t ask us how productive we’ve been. It doesn’t care about our achievements, our deadlines, our mistakes, or whether we’ve got everything figured out.

It simply invites us to be.

To breathe. To notice. To slow down. To remember that we are human beings, not human doings.

And sometimes, that is enough. 🌿
