Our Nurture for Survivors course offers free, gentle yoga, relaxation and self-care sessions for women who have experienced domestic or sexual abuse.

Created as a safe and supportive space, sessions are held at your own pace, with every movement adaptable to your comfort. No previous experience is needed.

Sessions include gentle yoga, breathwork, relaxation, meditation and quiet time, with optional tea and conversation afterwards.

Wednesdays, fortnightly

Shiatsu is a Japanese therapeutic massage technique using gentle pressure, stretching and kneading to help release tension and restore balance in the body. Sessions are performed fully clothed, usually on a comfortable mat on the floor, making it a relaxing and grounding treatment.
