Do you ever just go through a phase where you’re not quite feeling your best self? Cos SAME.
Personally, I think a monthly skin reset fixes at least 50% of my problems & I will die on that hill.
There’s just something about walking around with that clean, fresh faced feeling. That makes me 100X more productive

I used to be the messiest most unorganised person ever😂 & no this definitely isn't my reality every single week but..
I have realised it's the smallest things that have the biggest impact on how I feel day to day. None of these things are groundbreaking, but make me feel so much better in myself🧘♀️
