Revamp Massage Bodywork
Helping people move better with personalised Sports Massage & Deep Tissue Massage.
Can’t shift that neck pain?
You’re not alone.
One of the biggest mistakes I see is people waiting for it to “just go away.”
Whether it’s sitting at a desk all day, training hard in the gym, driving for work or everyday stress, your neck often takes the strain.
The longer muscular tension is left, the more it can start to affect how you move and feel day to day.
If your neck has been tight for weeks or keeps coming back, it may be time to stop putting up with it.

💪 Sports Massage & Deep Tissue Massage
Most people think Sports Massage is only for athletes…
The reality is, some of the people I treat have never stepped foot in a gym.
Desk jobs.
Parents.
Tradespeople.
Drivers.
People who simply wake up feeling stiff every day.
You don’t have to be injured or in severe pain before doing something about it.
If you’re constantly dealing with tight muscles, neck and shoulder tension or lower back stiffness, there’s a good chance your body has been trying to tell you something for a while.
Sports Massage isn’t just about recovery after exercise—it’s about helping you move more comfortably, reducing muscular tension and staying on top of those everyday aches before they become bigger problems.

You can’t expect your body to perform like an athlete if you only look after it when something goes wrong.
The best athletes don’t wait until they’re injured—they stay ahead of the problem.
That’s the idea behind the Revamp MOT.
Every session is tailored to help you:
• Move better
• Recover faster
• Reduce unnecessary tension
• Keep doing the training you enjoy
Whether you’re lifting weights, running, playing football or training for Hyrox, your recovery deserves as much attention as your workouts.
Your body is your biggest investment. Start treating it like one.

Massage won’t fix your pain.
That might sound strange coming from someone who provides massage for a living.
The truth is, lasting results rarely come from one thing alone.
Pain, stiffness and tension are often influenced by a combination of how you move, how you train, how well you recover, how much stress you’re under and the habits you repeat every day.
Massage can absolutely help. It can reduce tension, improve movement, calm an overactive nervous system and make it easier for you to move with confidence.
But the best results happen when massage is part of a bigger plan—not the whole plan.
My aim isn’t just to help you feel better for a day.
It’s to help you:
• Move better.
• Recover better.
• Perform better.
• Stay active for longer.
That’s why every treatment at Revamp is tailored to you, your goals and your lifestyle.
Save this post for later, and send it to someone who thinks massage is just about “loosening tight muscles.”

Your MRI isn’t the whole story.
Hearing the words “you’ve got a disc bulge” can be worrying.
But here’s something many people don’t realise…
Research has shown that lots of people with no back pain at all have disc bulges, degeneration and even herniated discs on MRI scans.
That doesn’t mean disc injuries aren’t real—they absolutely can be. But it does mean that pain isn’t always explained by what’s on a scan.
Your nervous system also plays a huge role.
When your body feels under threat, it can become more protective. Muscles tighten, movement changes and pain can become more sensitive—even after the original injury has settled.
That’s why at Revamp, I don’t just focus on where it hurts.
I look at how your whole body is moving, what’s driving the pain, and how we can help you move with confidence again.
Pain is real.
But it isn’t always a measure of damage.
👇 Have you ever been told you have a disc bulge or herniated disc? Let me know in the comments.
Sometimes feels like someone needs to pop your back?

Your body keeps score.
Long days. Poor sleep. Stress. Deadlines. Constant pressure.
Your nervous system doesn’t always know the difference between a real threat and modern life.
Over time, your body starts adapting:
• Tight hips
• Stiff lower back
• Neck and shoulder tension
• Feeling permanently “switched on”
• Restricted movement
Sometimes the issue isn’t a weak muscle or poor posture.
Sometimes it’s a body that’s been stuck in survival mode for too long.
The good news? The body can change.
When you reduce tension, restore movement and calm the nervous system, you start to move, breathe and feel better again.
Less pain. Less tension. Better movement.
