Frequent haircuts make your hair grow faster?

False: Hair growth happens from the scalp not from your ends. Whilst having regular trims can help keep your hair healthy, they won’t actually speed up your hair growth.

How often should you cut your hair?

Every 6-8 weeks: This is perfect if you’re aiming to maintain a specific hairstyle and for shorter styles 6-8 weeks will keep it looking its best.

Every 8-12 weeks: For those with longer hair, or those who prefer a more relaxed approach, 8-12 weeks will be sufficient to keep the ends healthy and prevent split ends.

Regular maintenance: Regardless of the length, it’s essential to pay attention to your hair’s condition. If you notice split ends, dryness or other signs of damage, it’s a good idea to schedule a trim sooner.
