A great way to avoid pressure points (little white marks typically on your shoulders and back of your hips) whilst using a lay down is to move and change your position during your session.
Pressure points are caused by a lack of circulation to the area whilst you tan. By moving around, you ensure that you don't cut off circulation, getting an all-over golden glow.
