I’m re introducing facials to the treatment menu at the salon. All skin types catered for, as some of you know my passion began with skincare spending 2 years with clarins and becoming an equilibre specialist spending weeks training at champneys henlow grange and springs and courses and HO cavendish place,
I’ve been so busy with hair that I’ve slightly neglected the beauty choosing to rent out the treatment room, however during lockdown I refreshed my skills on line and am now ready to offer detox facials relaxation facials and express facials..

Ok we will hopefully hear some news off our pm on Sunday as to how and when we can re open 🤞🏼
In the meantime Soph and I have been googling everything others in our industry are suggesting.
I’m not going to copy and paste anything available on line as you all know that’s not really me.
We will try and schedule appointments as best as possible so as you arnt all coming and going at the same time.
I have shifted the salon round a bit so as we can both have 2 clients at a time and will still be 2 metres apart.
If you wish to have an individual appointment this can be arranged on an evening:
We will be wearing gloves and masks, and we will probably ask that you wear a mask too ideally one you have sourced yourself but if not I’ve purchased some today.
I have also purchased eco friendly disposable towels and capes.
Drinks are still questionable but may be able to do them using disposable cups? 🤞🏼
Hand washing and cleaning will be as frequent as it was before we closed, and I have also purchased new disinfecting jars and solutions today for tools.
It will feel odd at first and will look odd but we will get on with it best we can and get you looking beautiful again.

Hope everyone is keeping safe and well?? As most of you know I am missing you all ♥️
Just before the lock down I was planning on having the salon exterior re done as it’s looking a bit drab 😞 we were just waiting for a period of nice weather 🤷‍♀️
Anyway if anyone wants to do any pictures thanking our nhs and keyworkers and post them through the letterbox, I will go in once a week and pop them in the window to try and brighten it up a bit.
We are on a main road and hopefully people will see them and it may contribute to a few smiles 🌈🌈

I’m so sorry to announce we are closing our doors.
We have a duty to protect everyone and our NHS.
Hair can wait health can’t.
I urge you all during this time of deep uncertainty to hug your loved ones and take joy in the simplicity of the every day.
Step off the treadmill and take 5 re adjust your values and let’s just hope that we are happy and healthy and have a bit more consideration for others.
We will be contacting all of our clients personally ASAP but you will have to bare with us as no one knows how long this will last.

Ok whilst we are allowed to stay open (and I’d perhaps think about getting in now if your due!) if we have anybody who would like an appointment in private please contact us ASAP as this can be arranged on an evening or on a Friday I know this is causing anxiety for everyone please don’t worry about cancelling your appointment for a while we will totally understand and accommodate as soon as everything is back to normal.
Unfortunately we are not keen on operating on a mobile basis as for us the salon environment is much more suitable.
We will do what we can while we can but we want to keep the wider community safe and if all none essential activities are banned then we will have to re schedule your appointments. Stay safe ♥️

If any of our clients have any concerns over their appointments in the next few weeks due to government advice please get in touch as soon as possible to re schedule or cancel.
There may come a point where we are forced to close if restrictions are imposed if this happens we will of course be in touch.
Currently we are doing everything we can to stay clean and sterile and all staff were briefed yesterday on keeping everything clean and sanitised between every client.
We do have some older clients that of course we want to keep safe during this time so if you have any concerns please get in touch
