Unfortunately i have no choice but to now charge in FULL with a no show appointment also if an appointment is not cancelled before 24hrs it will be HALF of the appointment charge. I didn’t make this decision lightly but with no shows, I’m sitting waiting when I could have gave that appointment to another client. If I get 24hr notice on a cancellation, I can offer that space to someone else. I hope my clients can appreciate this and this is in no way pointing fingers at anyone, I just need to make a change moving forward. Thank you Emily 🌺

From the 1st April 2024 there will be a small price increase on certain treatments. This is due to the price rise in stock, insurances and the general running of the salon. I would like to thank my clients for their continued support and custom! Emily ❤️
