Dear Customers,
I wanted to let you know that from 5th March 2026, there will be an increase to my service prices. I haven’t increased my prices in over two years, and with the rising costs of running the salon, this adjustment is necessary to continue providing you with the care and quality you expect.

As this is the busiest time of the year, I kindly ask:

📞 Please give 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations , Phone calls only - I have a cancellation list and someone would love that appointment..

If wanting to get in touch with me about your appointment please phone calls only to the salon
as I’m too busy to reply to messages.

🚫 No-shows and late cancellations are not fair to me and to my other customers.
These appointments can’t be filled at short notice during Christmas.

Please be on time for your appointment as this keeps me and everyone else back alday.

As we dive into the busy season of December, I want to take a moment to remind everyone to double-check your appointment cards for the correct date and time. Missed appointments significantly impact me financially, so your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 48 hours' notice to allow me to offer your slot to someone on my cancellation list who would be excited to take it. And for any changes, please call the salon directly, as I’m unable to respond to messages during this hectic time.

Timeliness is essential during this busy period. I kindly ask everyone to arrive on time to ensure that the rest of my day's appointments stay on track.

Thank you all for your understanding and support. I truly appreciate each and every one of you—I wouldn’t be where I am today without my AMAZING customers!

Hiya, anyone who has booked appointments with myself over the next couple of months, please take note❗️

If you need to cancel your appointment, PLEASE give me as much notice as possible! If you don't cancel within 48 hours, I might have to add an extra charge to your next appointment or even have to let you go as a client..

I understand this might not be the most popular announcement, but it's my bread and butter, income, and everything! No one wants to be stuck with unexpected expenses at the end of the month.

Luckily, I have a list of cancellations ready to fill any open spots, so if you give me plenty of notice, your appointment will be taken care of.

This rant is about Late cancellations, Lateness and
No shows!!
I hate putting this up on social media but the time has come and I have to hopefully it works!!..

I work for myself, im self employed which means what i earn in that day goes towards my buisness, its also is my income which goes towards living..
If i dont get paid i don't have any income and you dont have a hairdresser and i have no job!!

I love all my customers to bits i really do.. But PLEASE if you have an appointment please could you check your card or messages to check if you have the right day or time and if unsure just ring or message me..
I totally understand misunderstandings does happen im very good at it too, but please you missing your appointment is me not getting paid..

Please if you cant make your appointment please could you give me 48hours notice and i can get your appointment filled this really helps alot!! Someone would love that appointment.. I totally understand that things do happen last minute and thats ok but please try and give me notice..

Also Lateness please could you arrive on time for your appointment not 10mins early just on time.. if your late this keeps me behind alday and its not fair on my other customers either who have to wait, i really do love keeping to my schedule..

Also there will be a slight increase on all services from today this is because of the forever increase on everything from rates, electricity, colours,products and everything else, i hope you understand and thankyou for reading my wee rant ..
