Happy 40th birthday to this handsome fella! My husband .whitehead.35 love you always & forever
Fibre is so important for our gut health
Which impacts the rest of our health and well-being.
Mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
Foods like
đ¸Beans
đ¸Brown rice
đ¸Berries
đ¸Bananas
đ¸Apples
đ¸Almonds
đ¸Carrots
đ¸Broccoli
đ¸Oats
đ¸Buckwheat
Are all high in fibre and amazing for feeding the bacteria in our gut
The more variety of fruit and vegetables you can eat the better.
And alongside the fibre, you also get all the other nutrients these amazing foods contain too!
If you do love your bread, I would highly recommend trying Sourdough as it is fermented and so a healthier option and better for the gut.

Are you wanting to get healthier?
This week I am going to be sharing some tips on how you can create healthy habits that lead to living a healthier lifestyle straight away.
After healing my own gut and getting my Irritable bowel syndrome and sluggish liver under control. I am going to share with you the habits I have created for myself, that WORK.
So tip one, hydration.
This is super important, especially first thing in the morning to help support and cleanse the liver. Also to help with bowel movements and boost energy levels.
We should be aiming for approx 2 litres of fluid intake daily.
Things like fruit infused water, plain water and herbal teas all contribute to helping hydrate your body.
Share any habits you have and feel free to ask questions in the comments below đ

Are you struggling or experiencing any of the symptoms below?
đĽWeight gain
đĽAnxiety
đĽBloating
đĽFatigue
đĽAcne
I have been there and experienced some of the symptoms above.
Itâs really not fun having no energy, being bloated and feeling anxious all of the time, not sleeping well and having constant brain fog with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) on top of that. These were the symptoms I struggled with.
I am so grateful I made changes and listened to my body, because if left untreated these symptoms could have resulted in a more serious illness.
A healthy liver, like the gut, is key to our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.
Healing and transforming my body and mind, feeling energised and healthy again, having clarity and a better digestive system alongside more balance in all areas of my health and life has made a huge difference to me.
The liver has the ability to regenerate and restore health in the body but it is our responsibility to make the decision to change habits and take action to restore our own health.
We are living in a world where everything has to be instant and quick. This is putting more and more stress on our bodies, both inside and out.
We are feeding ourselves more and more toxins through processed foods and alcohol consumption, alongside medications and being in stressful environments.
I have helped hundreds of ladies improve and transform their health and create sustainable lifestyles on their terms.
So if you are at a point where something needs to change letâs have a chat.
I have 8 slots left for a 30 day reset starting on Monday next week, this is where I started to really see results in my own health and create the habits needed to really transform how I was feeling inside and out.
It is not about calorie counting or focusing on the scales, nor is it about deprivation.
It is about eliminating things that can be feeding the issues and flooding the body with the nutrients it needs, alongside sharing mindfulness practices and strategies to support your mental, emotional and physical health.
