Client 5⭐️ Reviews 💙✨

A little appreciation post for all of my amazing clients who take the time to leave such lovely reviews. 🥹💙 It genuinely makes me so happy to hear about your experience and how you felt during your treatment.

Your comfort, relaxation and overall experience will always be my priority. I want every visit to feel like a little moment of calm, where you can switch off, unwind and feel completely cared for. 🌿💆‍♀️

Thank you so much for your kind words and continued support — they truly mean the world to me. 🤍

I can’t wait to welcome you back again soon! ✨

Hi, I’m Karen 👋🏼

I thought it was time to introduce myself properly and share a little bit about the person behind R+R Massage Therapy. 💙

I’m a mum, wife and small business owner, and three years ago I took a leap and qualified as a Fully Qualified Level 3 Massage Therapist.

Since then, R+R has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. I specialise in:

✨ Swedish Massage
✨ Pregnancy Massage
✨ Indian Head Massage
✨ Manual Lymphatic Drainage

But massage therapy is just one part of my life.

When I’m not running R+R, I work three days a week in the Radiotherapy Department at Lincoln Hospital. This place holds a very special place in my heart, as I’m now 2 years cancer free. 💙

Between running two jobs, managing our home and everything else life throws at us, my biggest priority will always be my 4-year-old boy, William. ❤️

Building this little business around my family and my other career hasn’t always been easy, but every client who books, recommends me, likes a post or supports R+R means more than you probably realise.

Thank you for supporting my small business and for allowing me to do something I genuinely love. 🤍

Here’s to relaxation, recovery and making a little more time for YOU. ✨
