And just like that… my last day at my old clinics is done 🥹🤍
It feels especially strange saying goodbye to North Scarle because this is really where my business properly got going. I’ve spent years treating from different spaces, building my diary, learning what I wanted from a clinic and saying that one day I’d have somewhere of my own. On Friday, instead of packing everything up ready to move into another treatment room, I got to take it all to my own clinic 😭 Definitely one of those days I think I’ll remember for a long time…
There are still a few finishing touches to get through this weekend (because obviously we couldn’t make it TOO relaxing 😂), but the next time I get ready for a day of patients, I’ll be heading to 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙮
Monday it all begins. 🥹🤍

ONE WEEK TO GO 🙈🤍
How are we at this point already?! 😂
The last couple of weeks have been a LOT. The toilet has been completely ripped out, flooring changed, pipework boxed in, toilet and sink plumbed in, painting done, skirting boards fitted… and the reception/consultation area is finally starting to look like the space I’ve had in my head for months 🥹
There are still plenty of finishing touches to add, and the treatment room is currently sitting very empty because silly me still needs all of my furniture to actually work until Friday 😂 So no proper finished reveals just yet 👀
One final week of finishing, moving, cleaning, styling and probably several last-minute panics… then Core Therapy Lincoln officially opens its doors.
7 DAYS 😭🤍

Opening 05.10.26

Feel like I’ve introduced 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙮 approximately 700 times over the last few weeks… but haven’t actually introduced myself 😂🤍
So hiiii 👋 I’m Georgia
I started my sports massage business at 16 and have been self-employed ever since. A few different treatment rooms, part-time employment, a LOT of patients and nearly three years of my four-year Osteopathy degree later… somehow I’m now 20 and about to open my own clinic 🥹
The way I work has changed a lot over the years too. I’m a big believer in treatment being built around the person in front of me, rather than following the same routine every appointment.
𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙮 is really just the next step in all of that. Somewhere I can keep developing the way I work as my career grows 🤍
If you’ve been with me for years, thank you for following me from room to room 😂 and if you’re new here, hi there! I can’t wait to welcome you.

I’ve wanted my own clinic for a longgg time, but I never wanted it just be another room I treated from…
I’ve always wanted somewhere I could do things properly, make completely my own, and keep growing into as my career does too👩⚕️
Still very much in the dust, pain and renovating stage, but it’s getting closer and closer every day!
One month to go👀

First full week at Core Therapy so far 🔨🤍
Floors being raised, carpets coming up, ceilings getting painted… while my biggest contribution was narrowing approximately 700 wall colours down to two 🙈😂
Very much a team effort.
Dad & Jamie deserve most of the credit for this one 🤍
And we’ve still got another day of this bank holiday weekend to go… tomorrow are the walls👀

I hope many of you decide to join me at my new clinic, coming soon to Swinderby❤️
Day one of opening up my own clinic🧽🔨
Firstly before you read on, make sure to follow Core Therapy Lincoln for the most update to behind the scenes👇
Yesterday was the first proper day focusing on the new clinic project! It included a good clean to get rid of some awful smells and dirt, far too many spiders and a b&q trip!
Never again did I think after I’d left my pub job I’d be on my hands and knees scrubbing floors, I was wrong 😂
Today it’s been back to normal life (continuing to see clients in the day) and I’m about to head back to the clinic to get some more work done ✔️
Can’t believe most of this is going on whilst I’ll be starting back at uni next weekend😅
Little steps at a time, but I really wanted to take you on this journey with me, rather than just showing your the finished result 🫶🏼
Day one done. Let’s build the clinic.
