Our mission at Butterflies is to give you the highest quality service in a warm and welcoming environment. Allergies can be triggered at any point.
We would like to achieve the best Salon experience possible and currently offer a free consultation to all clients. When you come to Butterflies Hair Salon, whether its for a colour, event-styling or simply a tidy-up, we will make sure you leave us looking and feeling great. For colouring services directly applied to the scalp we would always recommend a "Skin test". The Skin test involves putting a dab of hair dye behind the ear, leaving it there for 8-12 hours, in the unlikely event you have an adverse reaction to the skin test you must not continue with the treatment but seek medical advice. You should always tell your stylist before you begin any colour process if you have a reaction to the skin test. If you are one of our existing colour clients and haven't had a patch test in the last six months please request one, as it's better to be safe than sorry.
