It’s the nature of our business and life that people come and go. Some pass through briefly, others stay and leave their mark on the people around them. Will, you are one of those people.
Over these past eight years, it’s been a joy to watch you grow and mature, as a man and a barber. And as sad and inevitable as this day is, I’m full of pride and happiness for you to be taking your next steps in life. It really does feel like one of my own children leaving home and the sadness I feel is only because I won’t be seeing you every day.
It’s been such a pleasure to mentor and work alongside someone so dedicated and hard-working, and The Gentry will always have a Will shaped hole in it. You’ll be missed, and I’ll always be here for you but can’t wait to watch you grow even more in your next chapter.
